Cristiano Ronaldo gives Al Nassr first-leg advantage in AFC Champions League tie

Cristiano Ronaldo scored the winner as Al Nassr beat Al Feiha 1-0 in their AFC Champions League last-16 first leg.

The 39-year-old decided the match in the 81st minute at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium.

Ronaldo combined with Marcelo Brozovic before he stormed into the box and finished past Al Feiha goalkeeper Vladimir Stojkovic into the top right corner.

The Portugal captain had a quiet game up to that point and looked frustrated after a wayward pass from Anderson Talisca in the first half.

Al Nassr dominated possession and looked the most likely to score after the break.

And Ronaldo got the breakthrough for Luis Castro’s side when he deftly chipped the keeper with a first-time finish before his team held on for victory.
